1. Registration & Payment
Your seat in a class is reserved only after payment is completed and your ID is confirmed. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged at the time of registration. We accept PayPal, Venmo, and major debit and credit cards through our payment processor. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method selected.
2. Attendance & Completion
Certificates of completion are issued only after you attend and complete the full number of required hours for your course. Partial attendance does not qualify for a certificate. You are responsible for confirming that the course and hours you select satisfy your court, probation, or licensing requirement before you register.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as far in advance as possible. Failure to notify Papilion Integrated Recovery Center, Papilionduiclass.com, by phone call at (801) 252-5475 of your inability to attend the class for which you have registered at least 48 hours prior to the start of said class, OR failure to complete each session that comprises the 16-hour PRIME For Life class, will result in client forfeiture of the full cost of the class. Student Handbooks are mailed out 72 hours prior to the start of the class, If cancellation falls between 72 and 48 hours prior to the start of the class, a $25 fee will be held back from any refunds.
4. Conduct
Because classes are delivered live, you agree to attend with your camera on as required for attendance verification, to participate respectfully, and to refrain from recording sessions. We reserve the right to remove a participant who is disruptive, impaired, or who cannot complete identity verification, without refund.
5. Privacy & Records
We collect the information necessary to register you, verify your identity, and issue your certificate, and we handle it in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable law. With your consent, we may send your certificate of completion to your court, attorney, or probation officer.
6. No Guarantee of Legal Outcome
Completing a course satisfies an educational requirement; it does not guarantee any particular result in your legal case or with any court, agency, or licensing authority. We are not your attorney and nothing here is legal advice.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your registration governs that registration. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Disclaimer
Clients who enroll in this class determine for themselves with the help of their sending agency/entity if this class; the 16 hour PRIME For Life class, meets their specific requirements, this company and Papilion Integrated Recovery Center makes no such determination.
